2 cans of tuna in water
1 cup of quinoa
2 cups of water
1 cucumber
2 tomatoes
1 red onion
Handful of fresh mint
Handful of fresh parsley
The juice of 1 lemon
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Rinse the quinoa under cold water until the water runs clear.
