Ingredients
1 kg floury potatoes
600 g sliced kale
1 smoked sausage
200 ml milk
50 g unsalted butter
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Peel the potatoes and cut them into equal pieces. Cook them in a large pan with enough water and salt for about 20 minutes until tender.
2Add the kale to the pan for the last 10 minutes.
3Meanwhile, heat the smoked sausage according to the instructions on the packaging.
4Drain the potatoes and kale and mash them with a masher into a creamy mash. Add the warm milk and butter and stir well. Season with salt and pepper.
5Serve the mash with the smoked sausage on top. Enjoy your meal!
