2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 liter vegetable broth
250 grams green lentils, soaked and rinsed
2 teaspoons cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Heat a little olive oil in a large pot.
2Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft.
3Add the sweet potato cubes and cook for a few minutes.
