Ingredients

  • large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • onion, finely chopped
  • cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • liter vegetable broth
  • 250 grams green lentils, soaked and rinsed
  • teaspoons cumin
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  •  Olive oil

Instructions
