  • balls of buffalo mozzarella
  •  Handful of fresh basil leaves
  • tablespoons pine nuts
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • tablespoons balsamic glaze
  •  Coarse sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella into equal slices and arrange them on a platter.
