2 balls of buffalo mozzarella
Handful of fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons pine nuts
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Coarse sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
1Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella into equal slices and arrange them on a platter.
2Lightly toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet over medium-high heat. Be careful not to burn them!
3Spread the basil leaves and the toasted pine nuts over the tomatoes and mozzarella.
4Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad.
