  • medium sweet potatoes
  • can chickpeas (400g)
  • handfuls of fresh spinach
  • onion
  • cloves of garlic
  • liter vegetable broth
  • tablespoon olive oil
  •  salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1 Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into cubes.
  2. 2 Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  3. 3 Heat the olive oil in a large pot and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
