  • carrots (diced)
  • celery stalks (diced)
  • onion (finely chopped)
  • garlic cloves (minced)
  • l vegetable broth
  • tablespoons olive oil
  •  salt and pepper to taste
  •  Grated Parmesan cheese (for garnish)

Instructions
