300 grams whole wheat pasta
2 chicken breasts
250 grams mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
400 grams canned diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Handful of fresh basil

Instructions
1Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
2Meanwhile, cut the chicken breast into cubes and season with salt and pepper.
3Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
4Finely chop the onion and garlic, and slice the mushrooms. Heat the remaining olive oil in the same pan and add the onion and garlic. Cook until soft.
5Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until golden brown.
6Now add the diced tomatoes and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it thickens.
