  • 300 grams whole wheat pasta
  • chicken breasts
  • 250 grams mushrooms
  • cloves of garlic
  • onion
  • 400 grams canned diced tomatoes
  • tablespoons olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  •  Handful of fresh basil

Instructions

  1. 1 Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, cut the chicken breast into cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3 Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  4. 4 Finely chop the onion and garlic, and slice the mushrooms. Heat the remaining olive oil in the same pan and add the onion and garlic. Cook until soft.
