400 grams whole wheat penne
500 grams shrimp, peeled and cleaned
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 lemon, juiced
4 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
1Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
2Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and add the shrimp. Cook them on both sides until they are nicely pink. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
3In the same pan, add another 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
4Add the lemon juice and let it simmer. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5Add the shrimp back to the pan and mix well with the sauce.
6Drain the pasta and add it to the pan as well. Stir everything together so the pasta is coated with the sauce.
