200 grams oat flour
2 ripe bananas
4 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
200 ml almond milk
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of salt
coconut oil for frying
optional: fresh fruit and yogurt for topping

Instructions
1Take a large bowl and mash the bananas into a smooth puree.
2Then add the eggs, almond milk, and honey and mix well.
3Add the oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until smooth batter.
4Heat some coconut oil in a frying pan and spoon some of the batter in.
5Fry the pancake until golden brown on both sides. Repeat until batter is finished.
