200 grams of oat flakes
100 grams of unsalted butter, melted
500 grams of low-fat quark
200 grams of fresh strawberries
3 tablespoons of honey
Juice and zest of half a lemon
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Mix the oat flakes with the melted butter. Press this mixture onto the bottom of a springform pan and bake it in the oven for 10 minutes.
3Meanwhile, mix the quark with the honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.
4Spread this mixture over the baked oat base.
5Halve the strawberries and place them on top of the quark layer.
6Bake the cake for another 30 minutes in the oven.
7Allow the cake to cool and then refrigerate for at least 3 hours to set.
