Quark Cake with Red Fruit and Granola
Craving a healthy dessert that also tastes delicious? Then try this quark cake with red fruit and granola. A treat for everyone and very easy to make!
Ingredients

1 liter low-fat quark

250 grams frozen red fruit (raspberries, strawberries, berries)

200 grams granola
-
4 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

10 sheets gelatin
Instructions

Soak the gelatin sheets in a bowl of cold water and let them sit for about 10 minutes.

Heat the frozen fruit with two tablespoons of honey in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until the fruit is soft and the juice has been released.

Squeeze out the gelatin sheets and add them to the warm fruit. Stir well until the gelatin is dissolved.

In a large bowl, mix the quark, the fruit mixture, the remaining honey, and vanilla extract together.

Divide the granola into four glasses and spoon the quark mixture on top.

Place the glasses in the refrigerator and let them set for at least 2 hours.

Serve the quark cakes cold and garnish with some extra fruit and granola if desired. Enjoy!
