  • 200 g oats
  • tablespoons honey
  • tablespoons coconut oil
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 250 g fresh strawberries
  • tablespoons honey
  • tablespoon gelatin (or agar agar for the vegetarian version)

Instructions

  2. 2 2. Mix the oats, honey, and coconut oil in a bowl. Press this mixture into a greased pie dish to form the crust.
