Summer Strawberry Quark Pie with Honey and Oat Crust

200 g oats
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons coconut oil
500 g low-fat quark
250 g fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon gelatin (or agar agar for the vegetarian version)

11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
22. Mix the oats, honey, and coconut oil in a bowl. Press this mixture into a greased pie dish to form the crust.
33. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown. Let it cool afterwards.
