  • 200 g oats
  • 100 g almonds, finely chopped
  • tablespoons coconut oil
  • tablespoons honey
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  •  Zest and juice of 2 lemons
  • teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100 g blueberries

Instructions

  1. 1 Mix the oats and almonds with the coconut oil and 2 tablespoons of honey in a bowl. This will be the base of your pie.
