4 tablespoons honey
500 g low-fat quark
Zest and juice of 2 lemons
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
100 g blueberries

Instructions
1Mix the oats and almonds with the coconut oil and 2 tablespoons of honey in a bowl. This will be the base of your pie.
2Press the oat mixture into a pie dish and refrigerate to set.
