Salmon with Dill Lemon Sauce
These juicy, grilled salmon fillets get a hefty dose of flavor from our homemade dill lemon sauce. This dish is perfect for a weeknight dinner, but also elegant enough for special occasions.

For the sauce:

Juice of 1 lemon

2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

1 small clove of garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grease the grate with a little olive oil.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking.

While the salmon is grilling, make the sauce: combine lemon juice, dill, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix well.
