Ingredients

  • 200 grams quinoa
  • can black beans (400 grams)
  • can kidney beans (400 grams)
  • bell peppers (red and yellow)
  • onion
  • cloves of garlic
  • avocado
  • lime
  • teaspoon cumin powder
  • teaspoon chili powder
  •  fresh coriander
  •  salt and pepper to taste
  • tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1 Rinse the quinoa under running water and cook it according to the instructions on the package.
  2. 2 Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  3. 3 Cut the bell peppers into cubes.
  4. 4 Heat the olive oil in a large pan and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
