200 grams quinoa
1 can black beans (400 grams)
1 can kidney beans (400 grams)
2 bell peppers (red and yellow)
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 avocado
1 lime
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
fresh coriander
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Rinse the quinoa under running water and cook it according to the instructions on the package.
2Finely chop the onion and garlic.
3Cut the bell peppers into cubes.
4Heat the olive oil in a large pan and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
