Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, pressed
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp turmeric
250 g red lentils
1 can of chopped tomatoes (400 g)
1 liter vegetable broth
4 sprigs of fresh coriander, finely chopped
4 naan breads

Instructions
1Heat the olive oil in a large pan and sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger.
2Add the cumin seeds and turmeric and cook for another 2 minutes.
3Rinse the lentils under cold water and add them to the pan. Stir well.
4Add the chopped tomatoes and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil and let simmer gently for 30 minutes, until the lentils are soft.
5Stir in the finely chopped coriander.
6Heat the naan breads according to the instructions on the package. Serve the lentil stew with the warm naan bread.
