  • large sweet potatoes
  • red onions
  • cloves of garlic
  • red chili peppers
  • liter vegetable broth
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  •  a bunch of fresh coriander
  •  salt and pepper to taste
  •  olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1 Cut the sweet potatoes, onions, garlic, and chili peppers into pieces.
