Stuffed Portobellos with Spinach and Goat Cheese

  • large portobello mushrooms
  • 200 grams fresh spinach
  • 100 grams soft goat cheese
  • cloves of garlic
  • tablespoon olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Clean the portobello mushrooms with a paper towel and remove the stems.
  3. 3 Heat the olive oil in a pan and squeeze the garlic into it. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. 4 Add the goat cheese to the pan and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5 Fill the portobellos with the spinach-goat cheese mixture and bake them in the oven for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
