4 large portobello mushrooms
200 grams fresh spinach
100 grams soft goat cheese
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
1Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Clean the portobello mushrooms with a paper towel and remove the stems.
3Heat the olive oil in a pan and squeeze the garlic into it. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
4Add the goat cheese to the pan and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
5Fill the portobellos with the spinach-goat cheese mixture and bake them in the oven for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
