200 grams quinoa
1 bundle green asparagus
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon

Instructions
1Bring water to a boil and cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
2Meanwhile, preheat the grill over medium-high heat. Brush the tuna steaks on both sides with a little olive oil, and season with pepper and salt.
3Grill the tuna steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. If you like medium-rare, then 3 minutes on each side is perfect.
4Trim the bottom of the green asparagus and cook them for about 5 minutes in boiling water. Then drain them.
