4 tablespoons of olive oil
2 lemons
Handful of fresh dill
2 cups of quinoa
2 teaspoons of paprika powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and rub them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2Bake the salmon in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
3While the salmon is in the oven, cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package.
4Make the dill lemon sauce by mixing the lemon juice with the remaining olive oil, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
