200 grams bulgur
2 blocks halloumi, sliced
1 red onion, finely chopped
3 tomatoes, diced
1 cucumber, diced
100 grams black olives
a handful of fresh mint, finely chopped
juice of 1 lemon
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Cook the bulgur according to the package instructions and let it cool.
2Heat a grill pan and grill the halloumi slices on both sides until golden brown.
3Combine the bulgur, red onion, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and mint in a large bowl.
4Add the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper and mix well.
5Finally, add the grilled halloumi and serve the salad. Enjoy!
