300 g sushi rice
360 ml water
4 nori seaweed sheets
200 g fresh salmon
1 cucumber
1 avocado
Soy sauce for serving

Instructions
1Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
2Put the rice in a pan with the water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
3Remove from heat and let rest for another 15 minutes with the lid on the pan.
4Meanwhile, slice the salmon, cucumber, and avocado into thin strips.
5Place a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat and spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a small space at the top.
6In the middle of the rice, place the strips of salmon, cucumber, and avocado.
7Roll the sushi tightly with the help of the sushi mat. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
8Cut the sushi rolls into pieces with a sharp knife and serve with soy sauce.
