Chef's Special: Salmon Teriyaki with Soba Noodles and Bok Choy
This is one of my favorite recipes because it's so easy, quick, and above all delicious. The combination of the tender salmon with the sweet and salty teriyaki sauce is simply irresistible. And did you know that soba noodles are made from buckwheat? That makes this dish a healthy choice full of fiber and protein. Will you cook along?
