2 red peppers, finely chopped
4 cloves of garlic, pressed
juice of 2 lemons
2 tablespoons of olive oil
200 grams of basmati rice
1 spring onion, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Marinate the shrimp with the red pepper, half of the garlic, the juice of 1 lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
