Ingredients

  • salmon fillets
  • medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • lemons, juiced
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • red onion, finely chopped
  • handful of black olives, pitted and halved
  • tablespoons capers
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  •  Fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
