600 grams potatoes
50 ml milk
2 tablespoons butter
400 grams mixed vegetables (such as carrots, broccoli, cauliflower)

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2Rub the roast beef with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3Place the roast beef in a roasting pan and put it in the oven. Bake for about 20 minutes per 500 grams, or until desired doneness.
4Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cook them in a pot of water until soft.
