4 salmon fillets
200 g quinoa
1 lemon
4 sprigs of fresh dill
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Rinse the quinoa under cold water and cook according to package instructions.
2While the quinoa is cooking, start steaming the salmon. Place the fillets in a steamer basket over a pot of boiling water. Cover and steam for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon easily flakes apart.
3Meanwhile, make the lemon-dill sauce. Cut the lemon in half and juice one half. Slice the other half into thin slices. Mix the lemon juice with the olive oil and finely chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
