  • large bell peppers
  • 200 grams bulgur
  • 400 grams chicken breast, diced
  • onion, finely chopped
  • cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • teaspoon paprika powder
  • teaspoon turmeric
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  •  Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Cook the bulgur according to the instructions on the package.
  3. 3 Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown.
  4. 4 Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft.
  5. 5 Add the paprika powder and turmeric and stir well.
  6. 6 Add the cooked bulgur and stir until everything is well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
