4 large bell peppers
200 grams bulgur
400 grams chicken breast, diced
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Cook the bulgur according to the instructions on the package.
3Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown.
4Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft.
5Add the paprika powder and turmeric and stir well.
6Add the cooked bulgur and stir until everything is well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
7Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds. Fill the peppers with the chicken-bulgur mixture.
