4 chicken breasts
250 grams mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic
200 ml chicken broth
200 ml cream
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
1Heat the olive oil in a large pan.
2Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and brown them on both sides. Remove them from the pan and set them aside.
3Slice the mushrooms and garlic and sauté them in the same pan until the mushrooms are soft.
4Add the chicken broth and cream. Bring it to a boil and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
