  • 200 grams fresh spinach
  • 300 ml milk
  • eggs
  • 200 grams flour
  • teaspoon baking powder
  •  pinch of salt
  • 100 grams feta
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • onion
  • cloves of garlic
  • red bell pepper

Instructions
