Creamy Vegan Spinach Pancakes
This delicious recipe has a twist! We are going for spinach pancakes. Yes, you read that right! It may sound strange, but trust me, it is a great combination. Instructions

Wash the spinach and cut it into large pieces.

Finely chop the onion and cut the garlic and bell pepper into small pieces.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the spinach and let it wilt.

Place the wilted spinach in a blender with the milk and blend until smooth.
