2 large sweet potatoes
1 liter vegetable broth
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
200 ml vegan cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
1Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into cubes.
2Heat the olive oil in a large pot and add the onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3Add the sweet potato cubes, along with the turmeric, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes over medium-high heat.
4Add the vegetable broth and let the soup cook for about 20 minutes, or until the sweet potato is soft.
5Puree the soup with an immersion blender until smooth.
