  • chicken breasts
  • head of iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
  • carrots, julienned
  • red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • cucumber, thinly sliced
  • spring onions, finely chopped
  •  Handful of fresh coriander, finely chopped
  •  For the dressing:
  • tablespoons soy sauce
  • tablespoons rice vinegar
  • tablespoon sesame oil
  • tablespoon honey
  • teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • clove of garlic, minced

Instructions
