4 chicken breasts (about 500 grams)
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
1 lemon, juiced
8 slices whole wheat bread
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Cook the chicken breasts in a large pot of salted water until fully cooked. This takes about 20 minutes. Let them cool.
2Tear the cooled chicken into small pieces and place them in a large bowl.
3Add the Greek yogurt, celery, dill, and lemon juice to the bowl and mix everything well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
