Ingredients

  • 500 ml low-fat yogurt
  • apples
  • teaspoons cinnamon
  • 200 grams sugar-free granola
  • teaspoons honey
  •  Handful of raisins

Instructions

  1. 1 Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes.
  2. 2 Put the apple cubes in a pan with a little water and the cinnamon. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. 3 Once the apple cubes are soft, remove them from the heat and let them cool.
  4. 4 Now, take 4 nice glasses and fill each glass with a layer of yogurt.
  5. 5 Divide the cooled apple cubes among the glasses.
  6. 6 Add a layer of granola and repeat the layers until the glasses are full.
  7. 7 Finish with a final layer of granola and top it off with a teaspoon of honey and a few raisins. And voilà, you have made a beautiful and healthy dessert!
