1 red bell pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
4 spring onions, sliced
Juice of 1 lime
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
1Cook the brown rice according to the instructions on the package and set aside.
2Heat the sunflower oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
3Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn them!
4Add the shrimp and stir-fry until they are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
