4 large red peppers
1 can of lentils (400g)
200 g cherry tomatoes
1 red onion
100 g feta cheese
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2Cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes in the oven.
3Meanwhile, rinse the lentils and let them drain.
4Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and finely chop the red onion and garlic.
5Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
6Add the lentils, cherry tomatoes, and oregano. Cook for another 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
7Remove the peppers from the oven and fill them with the lentil mixture.
8Crumble the feta over the stuffed peppers and bake for another 10 minutes in the oven.
