Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
3Place the peppers in a baking dish, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and roast in the oven for 15 minutes.
