  •  handful of fresh parsley
  • tablespoons olive oil
  •  pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. 3 Place the peppers in a baking dish, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and roast in the oven for 15 minutes.
