8 small tortillas
2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 large red onion, finely chopped
2 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
juice of 1 lime
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
salt to taste
small bunch of cilantro, finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
1Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the red onion and bell pepper and cook until soft.
