Ingredients

  • 200 grams mixed nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, pecans)
  • 100 grams oats
  • 50 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 50 grams sunflower seeds
  • 100 grams dried fruit (such as dates, raisins, apricots)
  • tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  •  pinch of salt

Instructions
