Ingredients

  • 200 grams oats
  • 100 grams mixed nuts (e.g. almonds, walnuts, cashews)
  • 50 grams mixed seeds (e.g. sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds)
  • 100 grams honey or maple syrup
  • 50 grams un-melted coconut oil
  • tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tin with parchment paper.
  2. 2 Mix the oats, nuts, and seeds in a large bowl.
  3. 3 Heat the honey or maple syrup and coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat until fully melted.
  4. 4 Add the vanilla extract to the honey mixture.
  5. 5 Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
  6. 6 Spread the mixture evenly in the baking tin and press it down firmly with the back of a spoon.
  7. 7 Bake for about 15-20 minutes in the oven, or until the edges are golden brown.
