Ingredients

  • 500 grams sweet potato
  • 200 grams whole wheat flour

  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  • cloves of garlic
  • 50 grams pine nuts
  •  A bunch of fresh basil
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese
  •  Olive oil
  •  Mixed grilled vegetables of your choice (e.g. zucchini, bell pepper, tomato)

Instructions

  1. 1 Peel and cook the sweet potatoes until soft.
  2. 2 Mash the sweet potatoes and let them cool.
