100 grams melted butter
500 grams low-fat quark
2 lemons
4 tablespoons honey
200 grams blueberries
1 packet gelatin

Instructions
1Crumble the Digestive biscuits and mix with the melted butter. Press this mixture into a cake tin and let it set in the refrigerator for a while.
2Squeeze the lemons and heat the juice together with the honey in a saucepan. Add the gelatin and mix well.
