200 grams oatmeal
100 grams mixed nuts
3 tablespoons honey
500 grams low-fat quark
300 grams fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons agave syrup

Instructions
1Grind the oatmeal and nuts into a fine texture in a food processor.
2Add the honey and mix until crumbly dough forms.
3Press the dough into a tart pan using the back of a spoon. Chill the crust in the refrigerator.
4Puree the strawberries, add chia seeds and agave syrup. Stir well and let sit for 10 minutes.
5Spread the quark over the oatmeal crust.
6Spoon the strawberry mixture on top of the quark layer.
7Chill the tart for at least 3 hours before serving.
