Ingredients

  • 200 grams oatmeal
  • 100 grams mixed nuts
  • tablespoons honey
  • 500 grams low-fat quark
  • 300 grams fresh strawberries
  • tablespoons chia seeds
  • tablespoons agave syrup

Instructions

  1. 1 Grind the oatmeal and nuts into a fine texture in a food processor.
  2. 2 Add the honey and mix until crumbly dough forms.
  3. 3 Press the dough into a tart pan using the back of a spoon. Chill the crust in the refrigerator.
  4. 4 Puree the strawberries, add chia seeds and agave syrup. Stir well and let sit for 10 minutes.
  5. 5 Spread the quark over the oatmeal crust.
  6. 6 Spoon the strawberry mixture on top of the quark layer.
  7. 7 Chill the tart for at least 3 hours before serving.
