4 chicken breasts
2 heads of Romaine lettuce
100 grams Parmesan cheese
200 grams croutons
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
For the dressing:
2 cloves of garlic
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
125 ml olive oil

Instructions
1Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Rub the chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken on both sides until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing it.
