200 grams quinoa
2 chicken breasts
2 cloves of garlic
1 zucchini
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
2 handfuls of fresh basil
100 grams cherry tomatoes
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package.
2Meanwhile, cut the chicken breasts into cubes and fry them in a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the pressed garlic until they are nicely golden brown.
3Cut the zucchini and bell peppers into cubes and add them to the pan. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
4In a small bowl, make the dressing by mixing the remaining olive oil with the balsamic vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, grilled chicken and vegetables, halved cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil. Pour the dressing over it and mix well.
