  • 200 grams oats
  • eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • tablespoon honey
  • teaspoon baking powder
  •  Pinch of salt
  • bananas
  •  Handful of blueberries
  •  Handful of strawberries

Instructions

  1. 1 Put the oats in a blender and grind into a fine flour.
  2. 2 Add the eggs, milk, honey, baking powder, and salt and blend into a smooth batter.
  3. 3 Heat a little oil in a frying pan and scoop a spoonful of batter into it.
  4. 4 Cook the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
  5. 5 Meanwhile, slice the bananas and strawberries.
