  • chicken breasts
  • ripe mango
  • 100 grams fresh spinach
  • red bell pepper
  •  handful of cherry tomatoes
  • tablespoons olive oil
  •  juice of 1 lime
  •  salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1 Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package. Rinse well and set aside.
