Ingredients

  • large lettuce leaves (e.g. Romaine lettuce or iceberg lettuce)
  • chicken breasts
  • red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • carrot, julienned (or grated)
  • cucumber, thinly sliced
  • avocado, thinly sliced
  •  For the yogurt sauce:
  • 200 ml Greek yogurt
  • tablespoon lemon juice
  • teaspoon dill
  •  salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
