Ingredients
4 large lettuce leaves (e.g. Romaine lettuce or iceberg lettuce)
2 chicken breasts
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 carrot, julienned (or grated)
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 avocado, thinly sliced
For the yogurt sauce:
200 ml Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dill
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1Grill the chicken breasts in a skillet or on the barbecue until cooked through. Let them cool and slice them thinly.
2While the chicken cools, make the yogurt sauce. Mix the Greek yogurt with lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
3Lay the lettuce leaves open and distribute the slices of chicken, bell pepper, carrot, cucumber, and avocado over the leaves.
4Spoon some of the yogurt sauce over the filling.
