2 eggs
1 banana
300 ml almond milk
1 tablespoon honey
200 grams blueberries
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Coconut oil for baking

Instructions
1Mix the buckwheat flour, eggs, banana, almond milk, honey, and cinnamon in a blender until smooth batter.
2Heat a little coconut oil in a pan.
3Pour some of the batter into the pan. Add a handful of blueberries.
4Cook the pancake until golden brown on both sides. Repeat with the remaining batter.
5Serve the pancakes with the remaining blueberries and an extra drizzle of honey if you like it sweet. Enjoy!
