200 grams quinoa
500 ml almond milk
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 bananas
200 grams mixed fresh fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi)
4 tablespoons Greek yogurt
Handful of nuts (such as almonds, walnuts)

Instructions
1Rinse the quinoa under running water.
2Put the quinoa in a pan and add the almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
3Bring to a boil and then let it simmer on low heat for 15 minutes until the quinoa is cooked.
4Meanwhile, cut the bananas and fresh fruit into pieces.
5Divide the quinoa into four bowls and add the sliced banana and fresh fruit.
6Top each bowl with a tablespoon of Greek yogurt and a handful of nuts. And voilà, your healthy breakfast bowl is ready!
