Ingredients

  • 200 grams quinoa
  • 500 ml almond milk
  • tablespoons honey
  • teaspoon vanilla extract
  • bananas
  • 200 grams mixed fresh fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi)
  • tablespoons Greek yogurt
  •  Handful of nuts (such as almonds, walnuts)

Instructions

  1. 1 Rinse the quinoa under running water.
  2. 2 Put the quinoa in a pan and add the almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. 3 Bring to a boil and then let it simmer on low heat for 15 minutes until the quinoa is cooked.
  4. 4 Meanwhile, cut the bananas and fresh fruit into pieces.
  5. 5 Divide the quinoa into four bowls and add the sliced banana and fresh fruit.
  6. 6 Top each bowl with a tablespoon of Greek yogurt and a handful of nuts. And voilà, your healthy breakfast bowl is ready!
